About Terri Alexander, LPC
Hi, I’m Terri Alexander, a Licensed Clinical Rehabilitation Counselor based in Pennsylvania.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped individuals and families find strength and hope through life’s most difficult seasons. My practice, Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Services (CRCS), was founded on one belief: every person deserves to heal in a space that honors their story, culture, and humanity.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating disability, trauma, and family challenges, offering a compassionate, inclusive approach that integrates evidence-based therapy with holistic wellness practices like mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork.
Healing isn’t about “fixing” what’s broken — it’s about remembering who you are beneath the pain, and learning to live whole again.
At CRCS, you’ll find not just a therapist, but a partner in your healing journey.
Our Philosophy: Where Clinical Care Meets Compassionate Connection
At Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Services, we view therapy as a collaboration between clinician and client — a shared space of empathy, reflection, and empowerment.
Our work is guided by four principles:
Who We Serve
We serve individuals, couples, caregivers, and families throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
Our clients often come to us seeking support in one or more of these areas:

- Healing from trauma or relationship challenges
- Seeking holistic, faith-sensitive therapy
We honor all backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs — offering an inclusive space where your story is seen and respected.
