My Services and Treatments

I see individuals, couples, and families. We begin with a consultation and over several sessions we will collaborate with families, schools and any other providers needed. I’ll give my recommendations of what course of action to take. Also, we will work together to find the best treatment for you.

During our sessions, you are more than welcome to ask any questions that come to mind. You are in a safe and welcoming atmosphere where there are no “stupid” questions.

We will work together to find the right treatment that suits your needs. After all, every individual is different and as we work together, I will adapt to said needs to provide the best possible service.

Clinical Mental Health Counselling

Counseling involves sharing your concerns one-on-one or with your marriage partner or family member on a Zoom platform in the comfort of your home. It allows you to look deeper into your problems and worries and deal with troublesome habits and a wide range of mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. We start by doing a face-to-face screening to discuss the most appropriate intervention.

We will do an intake assessment to then build rapport with the family while taking baseline data to assess prerequisite skills for plans. In this process, the counselor and family members work together to create a Road Map identifying the present and future support needs and the steps the individual or family will take to implement the Road Map for the care and security of their loved ones.
