Year-End Telehealth Therapy for Individuals, Couples & Families Across Pennsylvania
This time of year can bring a mix of emotions — pressure to “finish strong,” family stress, health worries, grief, and the quiet feeling that you’re carrying more than you can name.
You deserve a safe place to land. A place where your story is honored, your nervous system can settle, and you can step into the next year feeling more grounded and supported — not more overwhelmed.

Why This Season Feels So Heavy

As the year comes to a close, many people notice:
- Increased tension in relationships or at home
- Burnout from caregiving, work, or school demands
- Flare-ups of chronic illness or pain, and the emotional weight that comes with it
- Grief, loneliness, or a sense of “I thought I’d be in a different place by now”
- Overstimulation, anxiety, or shutdown if you’re neurodivergent or managing sensory overload
If you’re feeling exhausted, disconnected, or on edge, you are not alone — and there is nothing “wrong” with you. Your body and mind are responding to a lot. Together, we can gently make sense of what you’re carrying and find steadier ground.
How CRCS Can Support You This December
At Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Services (CRCS), Terri Alexander provides compassionate, telehealth-only therapy for adults across Pennsylvania, with a special focus on:
In every session, the focus is on your experience, your pace, and what feels safe enough for your nervous system. We move gently, not urgently.
December Focus – Reflect, Recenter & Renew
This month’s campaign is designed to help you pause, notice what you’ve been holding, and step into the next season with more clarity and compassion for yourself.
- In December, therapy may help you:
- Reflect on what this year has really been like — without minimizing it
- Recenter on your values, needs, and boundaries
- Renew your commitment to your own emotional and physical wellbeing
- Create more honest, gentle communication in your relationships
- Find language for experiences related to disability, chronic illness, or neurodivergence
You don’t have to “fix everything.” We focus on small, meaningful shifts that help your body and mind feel a little less alone and a little more supported.

What Makes CRCS Different
Disability-Aware & Chronic Illness-Informed Care
CRCS centers the lived realities of people navigating disability, chronic illness, and complex health journeys. Your appointments, energy limits, and accessibility needs are respected from the start.
Family & Relationship Focus
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Whether you come alone or with a partner or family member, we explore how your relationships impact your emotional life — and how to make them safer, more honest, and more nourishing.
Trauma-Informed & Compassionate
Your story is never “too much.” Sessions are paced gently, with attention to safety, consent, and what your nervous system can handle in the moment.
Mind–Body Integration
When you’d like to, we may incorporate mindfulness, grounding, breathwork, or simple body-based tools to support regulation and calm — always at your pace and with your permission.
Telehealth-Only, Statewide in Pennsylvania
All sessions are provided via secure video, so you can meet from your home, parked car, or any private space that works for you — no travel, no waiting room, and more flexibility around mobility and energy levels.

Who This December Campaign
“Reflect, Recenter & Renew” focus may be a good fit if:
You don’t have to have the “right words” or a perfectly organized story to begin. We’ll start where you are.
What to Expect from Telehealth Therapy
Step 1 – Free 15-Minute Consultation
A brief video or phone call to ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and see whether CRCS feels like a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.
Step 2 – First Full Session
We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what feels most urgent, and what a sense of “relief” or “support” might look like for you. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels okay.
Step 3 – Ongoing Support
Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs, energy, and schedule. Together, we’ll build tools, emotional language, and relational shifts that feel manageable and sustainable.
