Yoga is a continuous process of the totality of the human system and is founded on the basic principle of intelligent concentrated practice.

The development of the body should be in harmony with the development of the mind, as much as the development of the mind with the body.

 

  • Yoga for Beginners: An introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. This class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment of the standing foundational poses.

 

  • Yoga for Intermediate: Focuses on refining the standing poses with variations that go deeper into a flowing sequence. Then developing an all round practice that includes basic seated sequences, simple back bending poses.

 

  • Yoga for Serious Practitioners: This is a class for those who have been practicing yoga for a minimum of 2years and have a regular self practice.  Focuses on Inversions- Headstands and its variations and Twisting poses.
